The key differences: Starter limits you to 4 AI-generated dispute reports per month and doesn't include bulk fleet upload, cross-invoice pattern detection, or team access. Prime removes all those limits, adds fleet-level analysis for operators running multiple units, and lets you invite up to 2 teammates to your account.

Annual billing is charged upfront as a single payment and saves you 23% versus paying monthly. You can cancel at any time — if you cancel mid-year, you keep access through the end of your billing period. There are no cancellation fees or contracts.

Yes. You can upgrade from Starter to Prime at any time — your billing is prorated. Downgrading from Prime to Starter takes effect at your next billing cycle.

Zena Transportation supports Amazon Freight Partners (AFP) and Delivery Service Partners (DSP). Each program has its own settlement structure, rate card logic, and dispute process — Zena handles both.

The Automation Add-on is a Prime-only feature that automatically retrieves your AFP and DSP settlements on a set schedule and queues them for audit — no manual uploads required. It's not self-serve. When you request access, the Zena team reaches out within one business day to configure your integration and walk you through setup. The add-on is $75/month on top of your Prime subscription.

All uploads are encrypted in transit using 256-bit SSL. Source files are processed for audit analysis in-session and discarded immediately — never retained on Zena's servers and never shared. Your audit findings save encrypted in your private account history only.
