By creating an account or using Zena ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Zena. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Zena.
Zena is an AI-powered audit platform for Amazon AFP and DSP carriers. The Service allows you to upload maintenance invoices and pay settlement documents for automated audit analysis, dispute report generation, and financial discrepancy detection.
Zena is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. Audit results are provided for informational purposes. Dispute outcomes depend on your vendor or Amazon and are not guaranteed by Zena.
You must create an account to use Zena. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

New Prime subscribers receive a 30-day free trial. A valid credit card is required at signup. You will not be charged until the trial ends. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
Subscriptions are billed in advance — monthly on your signup date, or annually on your signup date. All prices are in USD. By providing payment information, you authorize Zena to charge your card for the applicable subscription fees.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.
Starter plan subscribers may purchase additional dispute generations ($4.99 for +3, $12.99 for +10). Add-ons are valid for the current billing month and are non-refundable.
We may change subscription prices with 30 days' written notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You agree to use Zena only for lawful purposes and only to audit your own business documents. You may not:
Zena and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Zena and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any documents you upload. By uploading documents, you grant Zena a limited license to process them for the purpose of providing the Service.
Zena is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of audit results for any particular purpose. Audit findings are generated by AI and should be reviewed by you before acting on them. We do not guarantee that any dispute filed using Zena's outputs will be successful.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zena's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Zena in the 12 months preceding the claim. Zena shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zena and its officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any reason we deem necessary with reasonable notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@askzena.ai.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
