Auto-sync enabled
When on, Zena logs into your dedicated portal access and downloads settlement reports on the schedule above. Access credentials are AES-256 encrypted.

Auto-Audit
When a new invoice is downloaded, Zena can open it for auditing automatically the next time you visit the dashboard.
Open next invoice automatically
On your next dashboard visit after a sync, Zena redirects you straight to the audit page for the oldest unprocessed file. Skipping it is not possible — turn this off if you prefer to start audits manually.
Discrepancy Alerts
After each audit, if the total discrepancy falls within your threshold range, Zena sends an email alert so you can act quickly.
Set a minimum to avoid noise on small variances. Set a maximum to catch only amounts you can realistically dispute. Leave either field blank to remove that bound.

Portal Access
Create a dedicated Zena admin account in your AFP or DSP portal — then enter those credentials here. Do not use your personal login.
How to set up Zena's portal access: In your AFP or DSP portal, go to Settings → Users (or User Management) and add a new admin user. Use a dedicated email like zena@yourcompany.com or a sub-address you control. Grant the account admin or reporting access so it can view and download pay settlements and trip history. Enter those new credentials below — Zena uses this access only to download reports and never takes any other action on your account. All credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage.
